Yes. Sending a request and chatting with a professional is completely free, with no hidden fees. You agree the price of the service directly with them.
How does a request work?
You choose a service and describe what you need. We send your request to the approved providers who match. The first provider to accept opens a chat with you inside the platform, where you agree the details and the price.
How can I trust the providers?
No professional receives requests before our team reviews and approves their profile. You can also read reviews from people who actually used the service.
Why are provider names not shown?
To protect both sides’ privacy and get you a faster answer. Instead of browsing lists and calling people one by one, your request reaches every matching provider at once and whoever can help answers first.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes. Open the request from “My requests” and cancel it any time before it is completed. The other side is notified.
